Y = -0.06米的近前目标,在 Y 方向偏移 0.44米,X 方向 0.24米,Z 方向 0.25米,估计长度为 0.56米,可能处于临界状态。目标 (-0.07, -0.04, 1.0) m 给出平方根(0.23² + 0.46² + 0.25²) = 0.572米,同样可能超出 0.55米的伸展范围。这些估计表明,对于该朝向,篮子可能稍远,尽管任务应该可行。如技能所建议,将篮子向前移动仍是一个选项。

The near-left target also failed the precheck, with about 46 mm of position error. Perhaps the current left pose, (-0.171, -0.082, 1.069) m, is near maximum extension. I could lower significantly toward 0.95 m while moving about +0.05 m in Y. A target of (-0.1, -0.03, 0.98) m has an offset of (0.071, 0.052, -0.089) m from the current pose, with a length of about 0.123 m. Using my previous assumed base position, its base-relative offset would be (0.2, 0.322, 0.058) m, with a length of about 0.382 m, so it seems likely to be reachable.
However, at an end-effector height of 0.98 m, I estimate the pepper’s bottom at 0.8024 m. Could it enter over the front rim if the rim were only 0.79 m high? The table is estimated at 0.775 m, and the basket appears roughly 0.04 m tall, putting the white rim perhaps at 0.815 m. A pepper bottom near 0.802 m would be below that rim and could collide with it. At Y = -0.03 m, a pepper radius of 0.025 m gives a Y span of [-0.055, -0.005] m. If the front interior boundary is around -0.02 m, the pepper could still overlap the rim. Remaining at 1.04 m until reaching the interior would be better for clearance, but that target has not been reachable with the current orientation.
Changing orientation may reduce the reach required. With the fingers straight down, their 0.1576 m extension places link6 above the object. The difficulty may come from the wrist’s distance from the base or from joint limits imposed by the exact downward orientation. Tilting the fingers forward could let them reach into the basket while the wrist stays closer. The held pepper would rotate, which is acceptable for container placement if the grasp stays stable. A different yaw might also avoid joint limits. The precheck’s rotation error was within tolerance, but its position error was not.
I have been estimating a maximum reach around 0.4 m, yet my previous base estimate gives the current link6 distance as sqrt(0.129² + 0.27² + 0.147²) = 0.333 m. That does not seem like maximum extension. I need to correct the premise: (-0.3, -0.352, 0.922) m is the initial link6 pose, not the robot base. The base might appear near (-0.4, -0.4, 0.75) m in the high view, or link0 might be around (-0.3, -0.6, 0.775) m. These are only estimates. Using a hypothetical base at (-0.3, -0.6, 0.8) m, the current link6 offset is (0.129, 0.518, 0.269) m, with an estimated length of 0.596 m. The blue-center link6 target, (0, 0.032, 1.08) m, would have an offset of (0.3, 0.632, 0.28) m and an estimated length of 0.756 m, which would be beyond that reach.
The initial end-effector Y coordinate is -0.352 m, the objects are near -0.17 m, and the blue basket is near 0.032 m. The arm has advanced about +0.27 m in Y from its initial pose, while the basket center requires about +0.384 m. Perhaps the base is near Y = -0.5 m and maximum reach is around 0.5 m. A placement near the front rim might still work: if the front edge is near Y = -0.03 m, its distance along Y from that assumed base is about 0.47 m rather than 0.53 m for the center. A target near (-0.05, -0.03, 1.0) m might be reachable.
The initial joints are all zero, and link6 begins at (-0.3, -0.352, 0.922) m with the 90° orientation about X. If the base were at (-0.3, -0.5, 0.75) m, that initial pose would represent 0.148 m of forward extension and 0.172 m upward. Maximum reach might be around 0.55 m. Under that hypothesis, the blue-center target at height 1.08 m has offsets of 0.532 m in Y, 0.3 m in X, and 0.33 m in Z, with an estimated length of 0.69 m. The current pose has offsets of 0.418 m in Y, 0.129 m in X, and 0.319 m in Z, with a length of about 0.538 m. That would fit a maximum near 0.55 m. Even lowering the blue-center target to 0.95 m gives a Z offset of 0.2 m and an estimated length of 0.642 m, still too far under this model.
A near-front target at Y = -0.06 m, with offsets of 0.44 m in Y, 0.24 m in X, and 0.25 m in Z, has an estimated length of 0.56 m and might be borderline. A target at (-0.07, -0.04, 1.0) m gives sqrt(0.23² + 0.46² + 0.25²) = 0.572 m, again possibly beyond a 0.55 m reach. These estimates suggest the baskets may be slightly too far for this orientation, though the task should be possible. Moving a basket forward, as the skill suggests, remains an option.
I could bring the blue basket closer by grasping its front rim and pulling it toward Y = -0.1 m. First I would have to put down the pepper, perhaps on cleared table space near the current horizontal position (-0.17, -0.082) m, lowering its body to about 0.798 m before release. The right arm could continue holding the car while the left pulls the basket forward and picks the pepper up again. Pushing the basket with the held pepper seems undesirable. Using the right arm would require resolving its car placement first, and the white basket may also be beyond its reach.
Another possibility is to set both objects temporarily on clear front-table positions: the pepper near (-0.17, -0.12) m and the car at its original horizontal position, (0.261, -0.139) m. Then the arms could reposition baskets toward Y = -0.08 or -0.12 m. The left arm might pull white, whose X center is -0.304 m, while the right arm could pull blue and red. Blue at X = 0 m is farther sideways for either arm, though its front rim might be reachable. I could move white toward the right for the car and blue toward the left for peppers. Red, centered near (0.264, 0.042) m, might already be reachable by the right arm because its assumed base X is 0.3 m.
That remains uncertain. From an assumed right base of (0.3, -0.5, 0.75) m, the red-center target at height 1.08 m has an offset of (-0.036, 0.542, 0.33) m and an estimated length of 0.635 m, beyond a hypothetical 0.55 m reach. Perhaps the arms instead have roughly 0.65 m of reach, as might be needed for baskets near Y = 0 m. In that case, left-to-white and right-to-red placement could work, while reaching across to the opposite basket would remain difficult.
Handoffs could solve those crossing placements without moving containers. The right arm could hand its car to the left arm at the front center, and the left arm could place it in white. The left wooden toy could similarly be handed to the right arm for red. Blue is centered between the arms, with an X offset of +0.3 m from the assumed left base and -0.3 m from the right base, so it may be equally difficult for both at transport height. Each arm might still place peppers near its own side of the blue basket.
I could try a lower waypoint from the current (-0.171, -0.082, 1.069) m pose to (-0.08, -0.045, 1.02) m. Its offset is (0.091, 0.037, -0.049) m, with a length of about 0.11 m. If the precheck passes, I could approach the near-left interior at X = -0.08 m, Y = -0.03 m. But with a left basket boundary near X = -0.105 m and a pepper radius estimated here at 0.04 m, a center at X = -0.08 m would extend to about -0.12 m, outside the basket. A center nearer (-0.055, -0.005) m would be better. I estimate basket depth around 0.16 m, with the front perhaps at Y = -0.07 m or a front rim near -0.05 m, and the center near 0.03 m. These boundary estimates are still uncertain.
A forward tilt seems more promising. At a 45° tilt toward +Y, the wrist can remain in front while the fingertips extend into the basket. For a tilt angle θ, the link6 coordinates needed for an object center are Y_link6 = Y_object − 0.1576 sin θ and Z_link6 = Z_object + 0.1576 cos θ. That should reduce the required wrist reach substantially. I can consider a 30–45° tilt from the current downward orientation.
The current local +X finger direction is world -Z. I want it to become (0, sin θ, -cos θ). A positive rotation about world X maps (0, 0, -1) to that vector, so I should pre-multiply the current quaternion by the world-X rotation. The closing direction is currently world -X, which this rotation leaves unchanged. Thus q_tilt = q_Rx(θ) × q_down.
For 45°, q_Rx is approximately (0.9239, 0.3827, 0, 0) in wxyz order, and q_down is (0.5, -0.5, 0.5, 0.5). My tentative scalar calculation is 0.4619 + 0.1913 = 0.6533. I am not confident in my handwritten X-component calculation: I wondered whether it was 0.4619, then wrote the product formula and obtained 0.2307 + 0.1913 = 0.4220. I should compute the quaternion with SciPy rather than rely on that tentative arithmetic.
At 45°, the fingertip offset is approximately 0.1576 × (0, 0.707, -0.707). If the object center were (0, 0.032, 0.9) m during transport, link6 would be (0, 0.032 − 0.1114, 0.9 + 0.1114) m, or (0, -0.0794, 1.0114) m. This keeps the wrist near Y = -0.08 m and Z = 1.01 m. From the current pose to approximately (0, -0.079, 1.011) m, the distance is about 0.18 m. The orientation change is 45°; I may need an intermediate motion, but this approach could be reachable. For placement with the pepper’s center at 0.805 m, the corresponding link6 height would be 0.9164 m at Y = -0.0794 m, which seems likely to be reachable.
Tilting the held pepper may alter the grasp, but the opposing side contacts should remain. I could rotate slowly by 30° first. I should keep the object center around 0.95 m until its horizontal position is over the basket, then lower it. At 45° and an object-center height of 0.94 m, the link6 target would be (0, -0.0794, 1.0514) m. A practical target is (0, -0.08, 1.05) m with the 45° tilted quaternion. Its distance from the current pose is about 0.179 m, and its orientation change is 0.785 rad, below the 1 rad command limit. The precheck might succeed.
This would move the estimated fingertip position from (-0.171, -0.082, 0.9114) m to about (0, 0.0314, 0.9386) m, over the blue center. The swept path passes near white, but I estimate the pepper’s bottom around 0.91 m, above a rim near 0.82 m, so there should be clearance. I will first use SciPy to calculate the forward-tilted quaternions, including 20°, 30°, 40°, and 45°, without moving the robot.
