The first pepper is stable in the left basket. The right gripper is still tilted about 60 degrees downward; I could finish its 45-degree downward tilt with perhaps another eight steps. Meanwhile, I should decide whether the free left arm should approach the watch or start on the wooden toys.
My initial estimates for the remaining objects are the red pepper at (0.323, −0.223, 0.8) m; the left rabbit around (−0.27, −0.18) m; the back rabbit around (−0.14, −0.09) m; and the central animal around (0.04, −0.20) m. The watches are approximately at (−0.35, −0.14) m and (0.04, −0.21) m. These toy estimates still need refinement. There are about 974 control steps left, which may be enough at roughly 100 steps per object, but I should minimize crossings and collision risks.
The left watch needs to reach the right basket. I could pick it with the left arm and carry it across with a forward tilt, perhaps after placing the left toy, while keeping the right arm out of the way. A handoff is another possibility. Alternatively, the right arm could eventually pick both watches, including the far-left one, if it can reach that area with a tilted gripper. Since the right arm is already carrying the second green pepper toward the left basket, it could pick the left watch after placing that pepper and carry the watch back to the right basket. Meanwhile, the left arm could place the left and back rabbits, and perhaps the central toy, into the middle basket.
After returning the left watch to the right basket, the right arm could pick the red pepper and carry it left, then handle the central right watch. That order would leave it on the left again, however. The left arm could handle the right watch while the right arm carries the red pepper left, but simultaneous crossings would introduce collision risk, even if the paths were separated along y. A better tentative sequence is for the right arm to place its green pepper in the left basket, pick the left watch and carry it right, place the nearby right watch in the right basket, and finally carry the red pepper left. The left arm would handle all three wooden toys. That assigns three toys to the left arm and four objects—two watches and the green and red peppers—to the right arm, with three crossings for the right arm. Picking the red pepper immediately after placing the green pepper would require returning from the far-left side first, so that seems less useful.
For the toys, I initially estimate the left rabbit at (−0.27, −0.18) m, the back rabbit at (−0.15, −0.09) m, and the central animal at (0.04, −0.21) m. The left arm’s base is at x = −0.3 m, so reaching x = 0.04 m with a tilted or downward gripper seems possible. I estimate the middle basket center at (0, 0.055) m. Would a top-down placement near x = 0, y = 0.05 m be easier? The earlier direct downward target at (−0.3, 0.06, 1.075) m failed, whereas a 45-degree forward tilt worked. I should therefore use a forward tilt for placement into the middle basket, with link6 around y = −0.04 m, and a top-down grasp for the left rabbit. Either arm could handle the back rabbit. If the central animal were at x = 0.04 m, the left arm would need to reach across about 0.34 m; a downward grasp near y = −0.21 m, z = 0.93 m might be about 0.44 m from the base and near its reach limit. The right arm could instead handle that toy before returning the red pepper, with a short trip to the middle basket. I could also reconsider having the left arm handle the left watch, but I will focus on the immediate motion first.
The right link6 is currently at (0.095, −0.031, 1.048) m with roughly a 60-degree downward tilt. A target of (0, −0.04, 1.04) m with a 45-degree downward tilt is about 0.095 m away and requires about 0.3 rad of orientation change. I think its precheck is likely to pass. For the left arm, I first considered moving from (−0.35, −0.042, 1.053) m to (−0.30, −0.18, 1.02) m while rotating from 45 degrees downward to fully downward. That would involve about 0.15 m of translation and 0.785 rad of rotation. At z = 1.02 m, I estimate the open fingertips at z = 0.908 m while tilted, or z = 0.862 m when fully downward, above the rabbit’s estimated top at z = 0.80 m. Another possible target is (−0.285, −0.18, 1.0) m. Moving both arms toward these poses would keep their paths separated by about 0.3 m along x.
I should refine the rabbit center before selecting the left target. It remains near high-camera pixel (187, 278). At z = 0.79 m, my rough estimate is around (−0.26, −0.187) m, but the earlier stereo estimate used a wrong correspondence. The current left wrist view shows the basket, with the rabbit apparently out of view or near the bottom edge. I could triangulate against observation 32, where the tan rabbit appeared near the right edge of the left wrist view at pixel (530, 380), and inspect cropped, annotated views to identify the back rabbit as well. Instead, I can estimate the positions from the high-camera projection using a table base at z = 0.75 m and toy tops around z = 0.80 m.
For the left rabbit, the body-center pixel (187, 280), evaluated at z = 0.79 m, gives approximately x = −0.253 m and y = −0.194 m. Its bottom at pixel (187, 288), evaluated at z = 0.75 m, gives x = −0.268 m and y = −0.196 m. I therefore estimate its center at (−0.26, −0.19, 0.78) m and will approach with link6 at (−0.26, −0.19, 1.0) m. For the back rabbit, high-camera pixel (251, 233) at z = 0.79 m gives approximately (−0.147, −0.095) m. Its bottom at pixel y = 245, evaluated at z = 0.75 m, gives approximately (−0.161, −0.086) m, suggesting a center around (−0.153, −0.09) m.
The central animal at high-camera pixel (294, 278), evaluated at z = 0.78 m, gives approximately (−0.051, −0.191) m. I had confused it with the right watch: the earlier estimate at z = 0.75 m also had x = −0.054 m. The central toy is near x = −0.05 m, not +0.04 m; the right watch is near x = +0.04 m. Thus all three toys are left of center, with the back toy near x = −0.15 m and the central one near x = −0.05 m. The left arm should be able to handle them all.
I will use the left approach target (−0.26, −0.19, 1.0) m with the fully downward orientation. From its current pose, I estimate about 0.175 m of translation and 0.785 rad of rotation. The precheck could still fail, but this downward pose seems likely to be reachable. I will simultaneously target the right arm at (0, −0.04, 1.04) m with the 45-degree forward tilt, using ten control steps. The left gripper will remain open and the right gripper closed. During the left rotation, an intermediate 60-degree downward tilt would put the fingertips around z = 1.0 − 0.137 = 0.863 m, above the toy’s estimated top at z = 0.80 m, so the approach appears clear. The right arm will continue its rotation and transport toward the left basket.
